Which V Belt do I need for my Beta 10, 14, 16, 20, 25

The following types of V belts are applied to Beta engines.

  • Wedge type V Belt – The Cross-section shape is roughly trapezoidal (hence the name “V”) which can also be cogged. Both wedge type belts (cogged and non cogged) can be used for the same application.

  • Poly ‘V’ Belt or Micro ‘V’ Belt – multi ‘V’ cross section belts with longitudinal V-shaped ribs.

Standard Poly ‘V’ Belt – From Jan 2011 (with 2011 specification Heat Exchanger) …………………..212-05074

Standard ‘V’ Belt – 40 amp alternator from Jan 2011 (with 2011 specification Heat Exchanger)…..214-00126

Standard ‘V’ Belt – 40 amp alternator – to Dec 2010……………………………………………………………..600-63080

Poly ‘V’ Belt 40 amp – (NOT BETA 25)  – to Dec 2010…………………………………………………………. 214-04360

Poly ‘V’ Belt – 65 amp alternator Beta 14/ 20 – 4PK……………………………………………………………….214-05074

Poly ‘V’ Belt – 65 amp alternator Beta 14/ Beta 20 – 4PK External fan – to Dec 2010………………….214-03235

Poly ‘V’ Belt – 65 amp alternator Beta 16 – 4PK Internal fan – to Dec 2010……………………………….214-04360

Poly ‘V’ Belt – 65 amp alternator Beta 25 – 4PK Internal fan – to Dec 2010……………………………….212-05074

Poly ‘V’ Belt – 100 /120  amp alternator 6PK Internal fan – from august 2014…………………………….214-04124

Additional Information

4PK = 4 x longitudinal V-shaped ribs………….6PK = 6 x longitudinal V-shaped ribs

2011 specification Heat Exchanger =  3 Bolt end cap
