Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern your use of our website. Please read these terms in full before you use this website. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, please do not use this website. Your continued use of this website confirms your acceptance of these terms.
Postage
We do NOT Refund or reduce postage cost after you have completed your order with payment. Completing your order with payment means you are agreeing to the postage cost that has been set.
Payment
PayPal
We aim to dispatch goods same day (order placed before 2pm) or next working day on receipt of payment notification.
BACS Bank transfer
Please allow 3-4 working days for clearance of payment before dispatch of goods. All banking charges/fees must be paid by you, the buyer.
Returns
If an item is bought in error or you have changed your mind we will refund you the total you paid less our postage /shipping / delivery cost. If you qualified for FREE Postage we will deduct either our shipping / postage or £4.50. A 15% handling fee will/could also be deducted.
Please email us before you send the item back. To enable us to process the return as quickly as possible, quote your order number and the reason for the return in the e-mail. You will then receive an e-mail response giving you authorization and any instructions.
Item must be returned within 7 days
When returning the item a 'Recorded' (including insurance cover for the value of goods) method of delivery must be used and paid for by you. Item must be returned with in 7 days.
If an item/s is faulty the item/s must be returned in the original condition with original undamaged packaging within 10 days of the date of receipt. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
Please email us before you send the item back. To enable us to process the return as quickly as possible, quote your order number and the reason for the return in the e-mail. You will then receive an e-mail response giving you authorization and any instructions.
Taxes and Import Duties (Outside the UK)
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to customs taxes/duties and/or charges in the destination country, payable by the customer. Marine Service Kits Ltd has no responsibility for these charges. Failure to pay these charges promptly my result in the parcel being returned to sender. This process could take several weeks. Charges and penalties will apply to cover the expenses before/if a refund is issued.
Shipping / Delivery
We can not be responsible for orders arriving after the estimated delivery aim date due to the shipping service/ courier service e.g Royal Mail, UPS, DPD etc. not fulfilling their service due to Industrial action, weather conditions or any other reason.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
You can cancel your order and receive a full refund (less payment processing fees), if you notified us by email before your order has been processed or wrapped/packed/boxed or dispatched. If you intend to cancel your order once you parcel has been processed or dispatched please see our returns policy.
Privacy Policy
We do not store or intend to store any of our customer’s financial details.
Other personal details are kept Strictly Private. Any details and information you provide us will be kept confidential. We will never hand any details on to any other party.
